Our smaller 3-4 piece combo provides dinner music, then we add in the full band to energize your celebration.

What will be provided:

A music set is usually 45 minutes long with a 15 minute break. For example an event from 8:00 - 11:00 would have three 45 minute sets. We are flexible with break times and will work with your schedule.
We provide recorded music during our breaks between sets. If you have specific CDs or iPod music that you would like to bring you must request a CD player or iPod connection in advance (no charge).
We can also make announcements for you during your party or work with your MC
Your choice of tuxes / formal, suits, or casual party attire to fit your celebration.
We will provide our own band sound system and lighting.
Diane will make the set up and take down arrangements will the location coordinator.

Equipment & Space Requirements

Elevation 6-piece works best with a minimum stage size of 12' x 12'. The 7-piece band works best with at least 12' x 16'. The 8-piece band works best with at least 14' x 16'

One electrical outlet is required. We can bring all other equipment needed including up to 100 ft of extension cord if notified.

Outdoor events - a covering canopy, tent, or building shelter must be supplied to protect our equipment and instruments from direct sunlight, precipitation, and windy areas.

We require 1 ¾ hours of set up time when we provide the sound system, and 50 - 60 minutes for take down. It is preferable to know what time the room is available and closing. In addition to prior planning, Diane will contact the location to arrange the band details a week before the event.
